A new class incorporating every day balance moves and building strength with light weights. No impact, just tightening our bodies. Mats are needed.

This program consists of walking in place, knee lifts, forward kicks and back kicks for a total walk of 1-3 miles.  The popularity of indoor walking as weight loss activity is growing in leaps and bounds.  Participants should bring a towel and water bottle.Instructor:  Toni-Lynn Rispoli

Choose from one of our many varieties of Yoga ClassesYoga for Health and Well Being is specially designed with sequences of postures and meditative poses you will learn how to cultivate and circulate your life force energy.  Build strength, balance and increase your flexibilityMindful Chair Yoga is designed so you do not have to do postures on the floor. We do standing yoga postures, chair yoga. and other flowing movements. Build strength. balance, increae your flexibility, and reduce stress.Power Yoga allows you to step out of your comfort zone and explore the fundamentals of power vinyasa yoga.  Key poses with a focus on crating a true north alignment with each pose.  This form of yoga links movement and breath together.Kripalu is a flow of postures with emphasis on body awareness, alignment and condition of breath and movement.  Participants are encouraged to practice at their own level, using variations and modifications to give postures more or less challenging.  This class is recommended for the intermediate level and above or those with 5 or more years of yoga experience.

Your preschooler will enjoy a variety of fun arts and crafts in Creative Kids & More.  Projects will include fall season/holiday themes.  Other activities such as stories, music and games that correspond with the theme of the day will be included as time allows. Join our caring staff for 2 hours of fun! Max of 8 students per class.Participants must be potty- trained.Times may change based on enrollment. Instructor:  Doreen Hynes

Youth and adult karate students learn practical martial arts and self-defense techniques while stressing self-control, discipline, respect, and perseverance. Classes are taught by Master Carson who brings a wealth of experience in instruction and leading participants in learning.Once students move from the beginner class attendance is important.  Students are required to attend a minimum of 24 classes between taking their belt tests and skills review.  Benefits of participating in Karate is the students will build their balance and physical conditioning.  Creates a great work ethic and allow students to reach accomplishments by testing and passing their belt exams.  This program is run in accordance with Yi's Karate School and the International Marital Arts Association.Temperature checks will be taken prior to entry into the class. Masks are required at check in.

Trevor has been teaching spin for the past 5 years. He is a lover of music and fitness and loves the energy that music can bring to classes. In his spare time Trevor enjoys the beach and traveling. over the past year Trevor has been able to use spinning and other forms of exercise to lose over 80 pounds. He invites you to come spend an hour with him and do the best you can do; whether that's sitting on the bike pedaling and singing to every song, or just climbing hills and springing into a sweat! The thing he enjoys most about being a spin instructor is the lasting friends he has made at each facility he has taught in.

This weight management program is designed to help you find your individual caloric needs based on your metabolic rate. We will focus on step by step goals setting to change your outlook on what your optimum healthy weight is and make positive changes to reach and sustain this number. You will learn meal planning guidance, how to manage your daily calories, ways to curb cravings, and how to substitute for unhealthy habits. 6:30 PM - 7:20 PM    Cardio Step Class - Cardio Step
Step moves are choreographed into fun routines.   Class is designed to appeal to all steppers.  The music won’t let you stop moving.  Have fun while burning calories.  Class ends with a series of dynamic stretches.  Participants will need a towel and water.  This class is a must try. Instructor:  Wendy Santora

This practice is a fusion of Power flow yoga and Pilates. Physical with ease using breath with each movement into each pose. Flowing into stillness with a specific breath. Strengthening the body’s core with low-intensity Pilates exercises. Improve your flexibility through active stretching. Yoga and Pilates are excellent workouts to do on an active recovery day. Yoga mat required.

A waiver form must be completed on site daily for drop in players.Please note - if an open gym program's registration is at capacity, drop-ins cannot be admitted for the first 30 minutes of the program.

Tabata is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that incorporates cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. It is designed in a ratio of 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds of rest in 4 minute sets. Followed by a recovery period. You work at your pace. This workout will increase your overall cardiovascular fitness and endurance while you burn a ton of calories to shed pounds. Best of it all it is a lot of fun!! Ready to give it a try?

Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players and a fun sport. Join Parks & Recreation at the Community Center for a Spooktacular good time this Halloween. For ages 3-11, pre-registration is required, max of 75 may register.

Trevor has been teaching spin for the past 5 years. He is a lover of music and fitness and loves the energy that music can bring to classes. In his spare time Trevor enjoys the beach and traveling. over the past year Trevor has been able to use spinning and other forms of exercise to lose over 80 pounds. He invites you to come spend an hour with him and do the best you can do; whether that's sitting on the bike pedaling and singing to every song, or just climbing hills and springing into a sweat! The thing he enjoys most about being a spin instructor is the lasting friends he has made at each facility he has taught in.

Tabata is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that incorporates cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. Trevor has been teaching spin for the past 5 years. He is a lover of music and fitness and loves the energy that music can bring to classes. In his spare time Trevor enjoys the beach and traveling. over the past year Trevor has been able to use spinning and other forms of exercise to lose over 80 pounds. He invites you to come spend an hour with him and do the best you can do; whether that's sitting on the bike pedaling and singing to every song, or just climbing hills and springing into a sweat! The thing he enjoys most about being a spin instructor is the lasting friends he has made at each facility he has taught in.

Trevor has been teaching spin for the past 5 years. He is a lover of music and fitness and loves the energy that music can bring to classes. In his spare time Trevor enjoys the beach and traveling. over the past year Trevor has been able to use spinning and other forms of exercise to lose over 80 pounds. He invites you to come spend an hour with him and do the best you can do; whether that's sitting on the bike pedaling and singing to every song, or just climbing hills and springing into a sweat! The thing he enjoys most about being a spin instructor is the lasting friends he has made at each facility he has taught in.

Tabata is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that incorporates cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. It is designed in a ratio of 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds of rest in 4 minute sets. Followed by a recovery period. You work at your pace. This workout will increase your overall cardiovascular fitness and endurance while you burn a ton of calories to shed pounds. Best of it all it is a lot of fun!! Ready to give it a try?

Masks are required at check in.

Trevor has been teaching spin for the past 5 years. He is a lover of music and fitness and loves the energy that music can bring to classes. In his spare time Trevor enjoys the beach and traveling. over the past year Trevor has been able to use spinning and other forms of exercise to lose over 80 pounds. He invites you to come spend an hour with him and do the best you can do; whether that's sitting on the bike pedaling and singing to every song, or just climbing hills and springing into a sweat! The thing he enjoys most about being a spin instructor is the lasting friends he has made at each facility he has taught in.

We do standing yoga postures, chair yoga. and other flowing movements. Build strength. balance, increae your flexibility, and reduce stress.Power Yoga allows you to step out of your comfort zone and explore the fundamentals of power vinyasa yoga.  Key poses with a focus on crating a true north alignment with each pose.  This form of yoga links movement and breath together.Kripalu is a flow of postures with emphasis on body awareness, alignment and condition of breath and movement.  Participants are encouraged to practice at their own level, using variations and modifications to give postures more or less challenging.  This class is recommended for the intermediate level and above or those with 5 or more years of yoga experience.
