45 minute Low cardio mini-band body-weight workout.  Focus will be on active stretching, core, abs, legs and glutes.  Moderate intensive intervals will have you feel the burn as you build strength, flexibility and balance.  Resistance Bands & Body-weight strength-training workouts support your spine, take care of your core and improves your range of motion.  JUST GRAB A BAND!
Facemask & Yoga mat required for class.
