This class will move at a restorative pace.  Combining disciplines in Dynamic Stretching to warm up and strengthen key muscles in the body.  Pilates to work the body's core, your abdominal muscles, glutes and hip flexors using a stability ball and/or block.  Yoga to facilitate wellness while moving with breath, creating alignment and a fluid flow into each pose.  Ending with static stretching, rest and a release of fatigue from the mind and body.

Yoga mat, towel and water bottle needed for class.
