Spin with Michele saddle up and experience one of the most enjoyable and effective workouts ever. This class is ideal for all levels. The joy of spinning is that you are in control at all times using the resistance dial on your bike
Spin Fusion is off the hook. You've got just 60 minutes and you wont waste a second of it. Hit the saddle for the first 30 minutes where you will do some seated and standing sprints and climbs. Then comes the fusion part of the cardio & strength training class. 30 minutes of full body toning intervals where you will hit every major muscle group with combo moves designed to keep the heart rate high and the calories low.
Calorie Blast Spin will combine the best elements of spinning along with toning your upper body by incorporating exercises using light weights while remaining seated on the bike. This class is intense, are you ready to shed those calories.
Rev it Up will strengthen your heart and improve lung function along with increasing your metabolism.
Rise and Cycle is for our Early Birds on Saturday Mornings. This 60 minute journey will gear you up for your weekend.
Spin 45 and Spin 60 will give you the high energy of indoor cycling in our new spin studio. Classes are 45 minutes and 60 minutes respectively.
Participants in all classes should have a water and towel with them.
