A time for you to participate in nourishing activities to ease stress, increase joy, and connect with your source. This mini-retreat offers the opportunity to learn “What is mindfulness?” as in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. It may not be what you think. Explore mindfulness practices including mindful walking and formal sitting meditation practices as well as Mindful Chair Yoga. There will be a chair for participants for formal mediation. Please bring a notebook and water.
