Pilates is a system of exercises that promotes the strengthening of the body including core strength, increased flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture.  A floor mat, towel and water bottle are needed for class.

Strength Training will help you improve your overall functional strength.  This functional training class will increase your muscle mass, add bone density and strengthen your core.  All ages are welcome to join.  A towel, mat and water bottle are needed for class.

  • The intermediate level class expands beyond the basics of pilates for participants who demonstrate proper alignment and core stability.
